Fences Ghosting bug re-occuring

Bug from earlier Windows 10 version re-appearing

Noticed the bug where a Fence will blur the previous background instead of the current.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows 10 version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows 10 version numbers.

2) Do you have wallpaper Engine or anything similar running managing your Wallpapers?

3) Information on Monitor/s resolution, scaling, connections etc etc.
