Re-Install of Windows - Start10 Not Working

from Stardock Forums

So did a refresh of Windows 10 and installed Start10.  Installed fine but Windows still showing the Tiles Menu instead of Start10.  Nothing I change, or reinstall works.  Have sued this a long time - cannot figure out what is wrong.

Anyone with an idea of what is going on?  Thanks in Advance!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check if you are not in tablet mode. If you do please disable it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-my/help/4027960/windows-10-turn-tablet-mode-on-or-off
