Old product Key not working

Hi, I purchased CursorFX Plus a long time ago and I want to update it to the new CursorFX. I uninstalled the FXPlus but the key for that will not work on the recent update for CursorFX. Are they different or the same product? What is the difference if any? Please help, thanks!

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
The New Version is an Upgrade you would need to buy and get a new key.

This really is disappointing. I don't recall Cursor FX being a subscription-based program when I purchased it.
