Hibernate Option Does Not Appear in Start 10 from versions 1.8 onwards

Hi,

I have been using your software Start 10 for a long time and like it.

However, I have been encountering a problem with it since your last (and now, your latest) versions. According to the changelog of version 1.8, this version dealt with the following issue:

Fixes an issue where the "Hibernate" option no longer shows in the shutdown menu

However, ever since version 1.8 came out, the Hibernate option in the shutdown menu has disappeared from my Start10 application. I decided to continue using version 1.75, believing that the issue would resolve itself when the latest version arrived. But, when I installed version 1.9, the issue was the same - the Hibernate option does not appear in the shutdown menu.

Please can you resolve this as I have had to uninstall and reinstall the latest and older version respectively to use your application?

FYI: I'm using Windows 10 64-bit with Version 1909.

Best,

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Please be certain it is still enabled in Windows:

Hi Sean

Thanx so much for your response. It worked for me.

I had gone through similar posts on this forum and tried the purge/reinstall solutions, but they didn't work.

Thanx once again,
