I didnt recive my Activation Key

I forgot to log in with my account and bought an activation code, but I didn't get the activation code in my mailbox. Recovered by product-key-retrieval, prompting that "Account Lookup Failure"

I really don't know what to do now.

Did you purchase with PayPal? If so, is the email the same as your Stardock email?

If the email for AliPay is different than your email for Stardock then use this to transfer the registration to the Stardock account.

https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/

If the emails are the same then you will have to wait for Stardock support to check the issue out.
