Bug with cursor via KVM when using Dark Mode

So this is relatively minor.   its an annoyance, it makes seeing things difficult, but beyond that - falls within the realm of aesthetic.

I can only presume this is due to using windows dark theme (havent had a chance to test)  but i noticed when KVM'd into a machine,  my cursor is turning black.  Not my mouse cursor, but when it becomes the blinking cursor for text.

happens in notepad++ happens in the search bar/address bar of chrome.

When using a dark theme this means the cursor blends in with the background and its almost invisible.

I thought it was something with my PC, so i looked over at it and color is fine on the display itself.

Seamlessed over.   Color is fine then too.

Only happens during KVM.

well.  i tried a screenshot, but when i take of the kvm it captures it like its "supposed" to look/how it looks on the secondary, so i couldnt illustrate it.   That left me having to capture it with my phone.   Also points to it being a multiplicity bug.

Here are the shots.

first one is through the KVM.   second one is of the actual PC/how it should look.  Its not limited to Notepad++, this happens on anything where the mouse pointer becomes a cursor.   Even the explorer search box is affected.
