Move windows between remote monitors in KVM mode

Since there is no support for multiple remote monitors currently (which I would love), is it possible to move application windows between the remote monitors? I can switch monitors using the toggle, but I can't figure out how to get the programs onto the correct monitors.

That is not a Multiplicity thing, its a Windows one.  Generally, a program will open on the last monitor it was on when the application was closed. 

That said, you can use Windows+SHIFT+→ to get an app to other monitors.
