WindowBlinds does not work with Edge

Hello. I am checking out WindowBlinds, did not buy it yet. Noticed that it screws up Start10 taskbar which i use and payed for. Can i get a price reduction for that?

The other thing is that it works on Chrome and Explorer, some instabilities at time like slow loading and flickering buttons, but does nothing on Edge, i use all three of them.  At some point i saw like a few milimeters change on top of Edge thats it. Is there are way to make it work?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues.

1) Windowblinds will always change something on your taskbar.

2) Windowblinds is not compatible on some application specially on Browsers since usually browsers have its own skin engine for their own theme extensions.

Thanks

ok. Well. I tried the  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=Windows10CustomTitlebar'' thing.

Read somewere that  ''--disable-windows10-custom-titlebar'' will work on Edge and it does for the time being.

For those who do not know about this. Go to Edge - Shortcut - Properties - Shortcut ..add to Target

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge Beta\Application\msedge.exe"

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge Beta\Application\msedge.exe" --disable-windows10-custom-titlebar

btw this trick seems  no longer to work in Chrome. Instead one needs to do the compatibility thing for all users

(Chrome - Shortcut - Properties - Compatibility, Settings for all users, set to compatibility modus for Windows 7,8,Vista...all will probably work).
