I do not know How to attach image here but somehow Windows defender identified my purchased stardock groupy, and I do not know where to ask for confirmation on this one, so I've posted this, hope anyone could answer me on this regards.

That will be what is known as a 'false positive'. Some AV grograms are less than ideal and fail to distinguish between legitimate software and those that need to be avoided...;)
