Keyboard launchpad not working in google chrome

Yesterday I purchased Keyboard launchpad and immediately started configuring it. At first I didn't notice any problem, but it was when I started Google Chrome to respond to email messages that I noticed that nothing happens in Chrome when I use the shortcuts I previously defined. Obviously the clipboard snippet function doesn't like Chrome or is it the opposite? But anyway up to now it looks like it is only in Chrome and only the snippet function. Shortcuts to other programs within chrome do work, and so far I have no problems with other browsers either (Edge, Edge Canary and IE seem to be working well.)

Does anyone have a clue why the snippet function doesn't work within google Chrome?

My PC Runs Windows 10 Pro ver 10.0.18363

Chrome is Version 80.0.3987.149

Edge Canary is Version 83.0.461.1

Edge is Version 44.18362.449.0

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I just tested KeyboardLauchpad on Chrome using Clipboard Snippet and it work on my system. Here what I get

Maybe there is something blocking it inside your chrome, ie. chrome addon/extensions you installed.

Try running Chrome in its incognito mode, which usually run without any extensions enable and see if it work.

Thanks

Hello again :)

I tried the incognito mode and nothing changed. I will continue investigating that problem and if anything changes I'll let you know.

Have a good day.
