In Groupy Settings, have to chose either instant grouping, or group with Ctrl key held down. The options to delay grouping for 1/3, 2/3, one second don't work. Just won't group with those. Would be great if they did.
Using latest Groupy 1.32 on Windows 10 1909 version

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.
1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.
2) Is the issue not grouping happen on all windows or just certain Applications?

Windows 10 ver 1909, build 18363.720
Doesn't work with any apps that I just tried -- Evernote Desktop, Priority Matrix Pro, Copernic Desktop Search, Windows File Explore, Chrome. Don't think it works with MS Outlook, Neo Pro, Firefox either, best I remember. Doesn't work with anything as far as I know.
Been having this problem before latest 1.32 Groupy update too, and probably with earlier builds of 1909.
I've tried switching to the delay grouping setting several times before, as it would be great to avoid the accidental groupings.
The Control option does work, but I prefer not having to reach for the keyboard to do a grouping.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling
Just to make sure just re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Re-install using the latest version. Reboot again. Retest and report back.
