Double Payment

Payment for fences auto deducted 2nd time

Hello,

I have recently purchased Fences 3 on 20th Feb, 2020 assuming that payment was one time charge and not subscription. However, the same amount got deducted again at 19th Mar, 2020 (exactly one month) just like a subscription feature. I mailed them but they haven't replied.

Did this happen to anyone. It is really sad that they didn't mention it on their website anything regarding the type of payment. Is it a subscription feature or one time payment. Also, in case it turn out to be a subscription feature of the product, how to unsubscribe it?
