Drop Down and Right context menu not working consistently

I have tried several cursor themes.

I currently have breeze snow big v 1.0 applied.

Many times I have had issues with the right click drop down context menu not appearing. This has happened in Microsoft Outlook 2016 calendar options.

The current issue is again with outlook. Insert calendar, the drop down to choose a time range will not drop.  The field highlights as if it is prepared to open but I cannot make it open.

thanks i will apply the updated version now. I am behind the curve on researching - too busy just keeping up with working :)
