Hello everyone!
My name... you know it, it's reported in the forum I'm a fan of SOaSE: it's a so well tought and designed game that even if I'm a total fan of campaigns I played it for hundreds hours! Incredible even for me... and while thinking to SOaSE I also feel some sort of melancholy: it was the first Steam game for me and indeed my Steam id was chosen by SOaSE on the first launch I've done of the game - first launch from CDs of course but then the game told me Steam was required.
Now what I've just discovered? It seems that someone at Stardock has a lot in common with me... why? I've just fired up Star Control Origins (I've waited for the whole story because as I said I'm a plot fan) and as soon as you begin a new game a workbench v10.0 appears on the screen: that's of course a gift to the best home computer ever the wonderful Amiga which used as OS the arch famous Workbench... it was the Eighties. Thank you Stardock for that... and I'm not finished.
By looking at the folders on the screen you may see especially one named... SINSII
Of course that's a cameo it must be! I've tried of course to click on that but unfortunately the desktop was not clickable
Thank you again Stardock: at last it'll arrive please put in it a proper fascinating campaign: you can do also that
