I got this after the Harmony ship was nullified. May have been after the second one. It persisted for a number of hyperspace jumps.

If you would upload a savegame to a cloud service (DropBox, Google Drive, One Drive) and post a link here, the developers can take a look at it.

I suggest you verify integrity of game files, to do this follow these steps.
FYI, this is not a massive concern or problem for me. I played SC1&2 as Ilwrath enough to know how to fly a ship without seeing where you are. Still reporting it just in case it is a broader problem. Thanks,
It was probably triggered right after I was hailed by harmony as we both entered the system. It could have been there were two of them. I was really popular.
