I have not been supplied with the Product Key for Touch Tasks

Trial due to expire

I have been trying for some time to get my Product Key for Touch Tasks, which I paid for via PayPal a while ago, before the trial runs out. Emails and requests to Support have not produced a response, but I now see, after more thorough reading, that such requests are only dealt with via the Forum. It seems an unusual and somewhat clumsy arrangement but OK if it works! So here I am, can I have my Product Key please?

Also note if your paid using your paypal, the product you purchase under your paypal's email. If it is different from your normal account email you can merge it using this guide :

No email has arrived in the past 2 hours since the Key was requested. I sent an email request from the link provided, several times. I have double checked all accounts and folders. The account I am using is    xxxxxxxx@outlook.com Please don't post your private email in a public forum. TQ

When I try to raise a support ticket (again!) I am now confronted with a notification saying there is no one registered with my email address(s). I have only used 2 addresses, 1 is my default and the other is the address used for my payment service. If the system cannot recognise either I could not successfully post here, could I?  Raising a Support Ticket just results in my going round in circles. All I want is the Product key for Touch Tasks, which I paid for --- the trial is about to ru out.

You do not need to log in to place a ticket.  Just chose the proper option in the body of the page, submit it, and it will be accepted....

I will try raising a support ticket just one more time, but if that fails again I will contact PayPal to arrange a refund. I am now getting your notification saying 'just 2 days left until trial period expires.' I paid vial PayPal TWO WEEKS ago and have been trying ever since to get a Product Code for Touch Tasks.
