J'ai acheté il y a quelques semaines  une application fence 3 et je n'ai pas reçu ma clé d'activation.

Je reçois toujours ma clé d'activation pour FENCE 2

Pouvez vous m'indiquer de quelle manière je puis rendre opérationnel cet achat.

Voici aussi ma preuve de l'achat dont j'ai été débité sur mon compte en banque.

I bought a fence 3 application a few weeks ago and I did not receive my activation key.

 I always receive my activation key for FENCE 2 

Can you tell me how I can make this purchase operational. 

Here is also my proof of the purchase from which I was debited from my bank account.
