start10 interfering with putting my laptop into sleep mode

Hi,

I have just installed start10 on my new windows 10 pro laptop. However, when I try to put my laptop to sleep it takes about 30s to enter the sleep mode. If I uninstall start10 it goes into sleep mode in less than 3s.

Is there any option I can set for it not to interfere with the sleep mode?

Typically that means it is asking for the wrong colour part from WB.

I am hearing that news first that Start10 is interfering with Sleep mode. I suggest you reinstall the window.

Reinstalling window! This is a new laptop barely two weeks old. Sleep function is working correctly without start10 and at least one other person has seen the same effect of start10 albeit at a lower magnitude.

As it seems this is not going to be solved and I have problems with three software so far: Start10, WB and CursorFX as a last resort where could I find the older versions of these  to see if they can fix my issues.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

 Usually in your " My Downlaods " older version are replaced by the 

newer version .

To find older version check your computers downloads folder and see

if older versions are still there . For this reason it is always a good idea

to store older versions when you download them into a safe place you

can find at a later time if needed . i.e. an ext. drive etc.

Unfortunately I am a new user (only 2 weeks now) and do not have the previous versions. Is there any place I can get the older versions? It is a standard practice to offer the older versions as some users might prefer to go back.
