Stability Issue

I have a new laptop and have been unable to get it working stable.  Is there a way to increase the communication timeout value or a debug log so I can try to troubleshoot this more?

I see errors: Connection to CA17 lost : Either passcode or timeout referenced.

I have confirmed the firewall ports are open.  The old laptop works fine still, though I have removed it to reduce the amount of work on Multiplicity.  Thanks,

Is there a way to enable a logging mode within the software so I can get details as to what it is seeing.  Thanks,

I think the issue is some of the new security software on my new corporate laptop.  I am about to wireshark both sides to figure out what they are seeing.

I would be interested in knowing if when disabled (if possible) what the results are.  I would also be curious if a VPN connection is in the mix.  If so, try adding the Secondary by IP instead of hostname, example:

If any leg of the connection is wireless, would also be interested if having them each / all wired via Ethernet has you with different results.

It seemed to be a resource contention issue.  I am still doing more testing.  But so far, if I limit what is running on the device, it performs well.
