Need a "Moderator" who reads the entire message before providing links to online help !!

Hello, Just wondering if someone can tell me how to activate my subscription to "Win Customize" using the supplied key sent to my email after purchase. 

I had originally purchased a renewal of "Object Desktop" and a "1-YR Win Customize"  thru PayPal on the 2nd... 

Stardock activated OD when I entered the Key they sent,  but nothing was done to start my WC account.   I have a key for WC but no place to enter it...  I have a free WC account but have reached the D/L limit.

I currently have a help ticket thru Stardock online Help,  (Ticket ID: EKU-419-55203)  but seems no one reads the entire message and they just send links to the standard on-line help files (which show nothing about activating "Win Customize" the subscription)..  I have replied 3 times (1-Week) with Help thru email but don't get any help, just links)...   I even mentioned that the links do not contain any help and that someone needs to update my account.. Soon

If I can't get some help from a moderator thru this Forum,  I guess I will have to seek a Refund on BOTH purchases as one is useless without the other (all require files from WC to function)....  And some Free time added to both subscriptions would be reasonable.

Maybe you can pass this on to someone who is in charge of Stardock.  (Not just the Help-Manager)

I am still not able to D/L from WinCustomize even tho I cleared all cookies and logged on with two different browsers.

I can logon and window shop on WC but until someone at Stardock changes my account settings I can't do anything!!

I did find the following info somewhere on your site:

WinCustomize User Level increases to User Level 5 (Subscriber). Once you purchase a WinCustomize Subscription, you will be automatically promoted to User Level 5. This will entitle you to many exclusive features, such as unlimited file downloading on WinCustomize, access to skin ratings, and much more.

I guess Sean does not feel I am worthy of being a (SUBSCRIBER) even tho I paid up front (Charges will appear on your bill as PP* FS stardock) & kept my part of the deal.

So I am now asking how to get a refund.  It has been over a week that I purchased OD Renewal and WC 1-YR subscription

Feb 2, 2020 @ approx 10PM MST  Even after numerous emails  No one seems to understand the problem and how to fix it.

 

Here is an excerpt from our (Sean & Myself) conversation:

There is nothing to fix as nothing is broken - you are still a 'member' - your sub is in good standing and does not expire until: 02/03/2021

GREAT but I cant D/L from WinCustomize even tho I have a 1-YR Subscription.  My WC Profile shows "PAST USER" because you did not activate my membership. If you did it would show "USER LEVEL 5"

Sheesh ! Over a WEEK and you can't seem to figure this mess out?? 

Also I found another issue, my Order History  (https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders)  shows nothing recent.  The latest item on the page is from 2018. 

 

It should show 2019 Renewal and 2020 Renewal and Purchase WC 1-YR Subscription...!!

DOES WC / STARDOCK  or whomever handles the accounts EVEN KNOW I AM SUPPOSED TO BE A SUBSCRIBED USER ????

I even sent you the receipts that came thru email after transactions.

Is it possible you used a different email address for the purchase, perhaps you paid by paypal?

You do not have any purchases for a WinCustomize Subscription under you account.  I am assuming (as Neil suggested) that you used a different email address (or had a typo in your email address) when you placed your order. 

Since we will need more information from you, to either fix the issue or give a refund, you will need to continue with Sean through the support ticket system as we do not not you posting any of your personal information in the public forums.
