I have Windows 10 x 64 ?????

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
What's the full version of Windows 10 your running ?
use winver.exe typed in Run to get that info and post here.
also try uninstall and shut down your AV before re installed
and report back here please .

While not supported, I have the SoundPackager Beta installed on the latest insider build:
What I have as well - let us know your results. If you get the same error, please post a screenshot of it (or a video of the entire process).
