Error Code 123 when installing Sound Packager Beta

I am having the  error 123 appear when installing Sound Packager Beta.  I use Bitdefender antivirus. The install does not pause to let me select "Safe Files".  If i select view details in the "Safe Files" window and "ok" the setup software, the resulting action just cancels the install and removed the software.  Bitdefender does not have a disable feature to turn off the protections.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I have installed Sound Packager 10 and I have Bitdefender in this system. I don't see that error. Would like to suggest for, temporary disable your AV and do the installation and enable it back after that.

In Object Desktop, go into Settings -> Object Desktop Options and turn off the option to "Silently install new software".  That should make the installer window visible and maybe give you the chance to select Safe Files.
