An error occured while refreshing product data
I reinstalled Windows (upgraded hard drive) and after reinstalling Object Desktop (to reinstall Fences, Start10, and DeskScapes) I am greeted with this error. My key expires 11/12/2020.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
With ODM open, hit F5 to refresh the list.
Also, you are going to want to ensure you are on the latest version of ODM and not the old beta (that will not update itself):

I don't know if me logging out and back in fixed it or if it was just waiting, but it's working now.

I've just bought, installed, and activated Object Desktop. License Info shows it is activated successfully.
But every time I launch Object Desktop, it keeps throwing this error:
"an error occurred while refreshing product data"
And all the Object Desktop main application buttons (e.g. Try) are disabled.
Trying to refresh with F5 doesn't change anything.
Tried on a different PC, but still the same issue.
Can you please help?
Have you try using the latest version of ODM as mentioned in reply#2? If not, please try it and report back.
Thank you,

I've definitely tried the latest Object Desktop Manager, also reinstalled from the link in reply #2, and it has the same issue.
Any other suggestions?

I have the same issue , opened a ticket..
It will be addressed here.
Try to again log out of ODM, then back in, and try to see if you still get the error.
Is this the version when you go to about for ODM:

Have to ask, is the PC in question on the Internet?
Is this PC connected to a VPN? If so, and you disconnect, does it work then?
If you disable any and all firewalls, does it then work?
As a last resort, are you able to get / install / activate from your account page:
