Purchasing Icon Developer -- Dead End

I purchased Icon Developer.  It cost me $10.59 after tax.  Once purchased, a small window popped up with "Continue" and a product key.  I clicked continue and the window disappeared.  No link to the full product.  No way to retrieve the registration key.  none of this appears in my downloads or product key folder.

Pasted is my receipt from Paypal.  Please send me the link to download the product plus my product key so I can get this software.
