not grouping

Hello!
I am using AllMyNotes Organizer, a very good information manager and it bothers me, that it could in no way be grouped. Is there any solution to that? (source is: https://www.vladonai.com)

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I tested AllMyNotes Organizer Lite and it grouped with Firefox and explorer without problem for me.
Any specify issue where it can not be group on your side? While you at it. Please also list down:
1) Windows version : Use winver.exe for full version numbers.
2) Groupy version.

Thank you for caring with my problem.
I tried to do it with various progs: Edge - Explorer - Notepad++; Opera - Explorer - Foxit Reader - Notepad++; all of the above + Word and Excel, + FastStone Image Viewer, everything is going, only the AllMyNotes is not. With non of the above combination. It is a "DeLuxe edition", ver. 4.00.
The other datas are:
Winver: 1909, Build 18363.592
Groupy ver. 1.3

The solution is "Ctrl" pushed during AllMyNote opening!
