Groupy will not group Snagit editor

I love Groupy and use it every day. It does not group Snagit Editor. Does anyone know why?

Typically if a window will not group it is because it does not have a titlebar.

Groupy will not offer grouping on a window that lacks a real titlebar (vs a fake drawn on one)
