Keeping Title-Bar at the Bottom of the Desktop when Fence extends upward to show the contents

I'm using Fences 3.0.9.11 (Win-10 Home, 64bit), and, BTW, I really like it! Can get a Fence at the Bottom of the Desktop to Roll-up (extend upward showing all contents), but have the Title Bar remain at the Bottom? A Fence I have at the Bottom of the Desktop will extend upward but, it carries the Title Bar to the top of the Fence. I would prefer to have the Title Bar stay, fixed at the Bottom. Can this be done?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. No you can not, not in its current state. Not really sure if it will be implemented in the future version.
