I can't activate Acoustic Bridge

I can't activate Acoustic Bridge on second computer. When activated, the message "Maximum activations reached" is displayed. On the first computer, activation also failed on the first try.

I don't have the item "Manage" on the page "myaccount / products", only "Product Keys". In the program also didn't find an opportunity to reset activation.
