Fences wont let me deactivate serial on other computer

I reinstalled Windows 10 today and went to install Fences but it's telling me another computer is using the same key.  I read you can go into the "about" in the program settings to deactivate the other computer but you can't get to it.  After entering the serial and email the popup tells you to click continue to deactivate other computer but there's no continue button just back.  Then I tried clicking onto the fences icon on the desktop but it keeps opening the above window again for serial, purchase serial or 30 day trial. Then your back to square one again. Thanks for your time and help.

Thanks worked like a charm.  Saw that "manage" in my downloads 3 times and didn't even think of clicking on it.  Thanks for the quick reply and help, much appreciated.
