It reports "Account Lookup Failure"
Just in case you overlooked. You will need to use the email that is linked to paypal if you are using paypal when paying. If not or it still fail. Please report back.

However as you have been trading for a number of years, surely you could a system that can at least send emails confirming receipts of orders. As I said in reply #8 I have already submitted a ticket, and was sent a ticket I.D ref.
How long are they on holiday?
It appears that there was a typo in the email address that you have entered. Your accounts have been merged and your ticket has been responded so you should have an email with your product key.
I received the email thanks.
It's the first time I have done something like that. I usually double check for errors before submitting orders or other online forms.
