Confused

Obviously no response is not good news.

I did not expect to lose the function to display my PCs on the KVM screen, though they are there on the grid screen - that wasn't highlighted in the table.

Why am I restricted to only one secondary at a time.

Why have I lost the "Quick Connect" option?

Looking at the table it would seem I have been given the licence for the KM, not the KVM - at least that's what it looks suspiciously like - how might I double check that?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

You did purchase KVM.

KVM, per the table, only allows for one concurrent connection at a time while KVM Pro (what the trial is) allows for 9 (8 Secondaries - 1 Primary)

The 'quick connect' box is not there for KVM as there is no other concurrent connections allowed for that version - the quick connect is connecting to that one box:

I, obviously, misinterpreted the table.

I assumed the KVM row would coincide with the KVM column; 9 PCs controlled by the 1 KVM.

That makes the whole package of usefulness, significantly less so....!

Is it possible to upgrade a licence once the wrong type has been purchased without penalty?

Also, I was sad to discover that the type that comes with OD is only the basic KM one. Sneaky! In fact I've only now become aware that Multiplicity even has screen mirroring at all from reading this thread; I just assumed the feature hadn't been possible to program!

If it was purchased within the 30 day limit, I can refund what you did purchase an you can purchase what you had intended.  You would need to place a ticket to do so, however:

The functionality I have, with this licence, gives little more than I already have with Windows Remote Connection.

Perhaps a little more clarity needed on the spiel that promotes this product!

One thing I noticed, during the trial, was that Quick Connect always gave me a cursor on a secondary PC (no mouse/keyboard/screen attached).

This morning I'm struggling with this stupid mimic of a cursor that doesn't lend itself to easy fine control.

The trial ran smoothly for the 20-25 days of operating.

Since I 'downgraded' to KVM with the licence, my Primary computer is often locked - especially if I want to switch off or unload Multiplicity.

There's a small black box that appears at the top of the screen, saying my PC is controlling a secondary - even if it's not.

I shall attempt a solution by re-installing, but this is a bizarre change between trial smoothness and what I have left!

RDP does not have Seamless - something I could not do my job well without.

Sadly I was getting too many issues once the trial ended, not least the tendency for the software to lock out my Primary.
