DeskScapes Not Loading in completely

my format is Windows 8.1, when I close down computer, the animated deskscapes only loads in at the top.  Is it possible to install Deskscapes 8 instead of 10.  I uninstalled the 10 and reinstalled and it worked but once I closed the program/computer and started it, it did it again. 

Also, the program shows the dream on the top, but only the top version of the dream.

Would you Please do this PURGE: https://forums.stardock.com/485954/deskscapes-support-faq#reinstalling

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account . Reboot , Test and report back .

Now if you have a installation version of DS8 saved on your computer you can re install 

it but DS8 is not offered for download anymore.
