Editing the Config.ini file

I've noticed there is a major flaw with how the background image displays when you change the location of the object dock tray from the default bottom of the display to the right or left side.  I prefer the ObjectDock Tray on the left margin of my screen.  Is there any info on how to edit the background config.ini file to better position the dock on the side of our monitors?  Obviously the values in the config file represent the size, position and other info.  This holds the key to the dilemma, I'm sure.
