V1.8 Installer problem

Hi, I'm from HongKong so I'm using Traditional Chinese for Windows, however I find V1.8 installer will use Simplified Chinese for installer, however we can't read anything from that(we know simplified chinese, but it is not simplified chinese, just a lot of garbled words), also never We try to install it without read any text, and it will get error from that, so that make me to change my system to English to finish my installation, Please fix that lang problem, If you  don't add traditional chinese : No problem, but please change us to use English and not that Simplified Chinese , Thanks

The 1.80 start 10 install application .  The words of application is garbled  text .  I use Traditional Chinese in windows 10.
