How does Multiplicity compare to Mouse without Borders, Input Director, etc.?

How does Multiplicity today compare with Mouse without Borders, Input Director, Logi Options, etc.?  I bought it years ago but it's hard to find a good feature comparison anywhere online, much less anything around reliability, etc.

Multiplicity compares very well with them (and is still supported unlike some others mentioned).

If you have specific questions, I would be happy to answer them.

Sorry for the hijack but had to chime in.  Multiplicity stop working for me ever since 1903 like many others have pointed out. 1909 is no go to.  I am back using MWB and even though it hasn't been update for a good while is still work better than multiplicity. I personally don't think it Multiplicity compares well and its not been updated for 3yrs.

Like many others...?  I think there were two total that recently reported issues after a Windows update.  Both of them had MP crashing (in their event logs) which is EXTREMELY rare and -in my experience- always caused by and outside app or setting.

I am on a 1909 general release box that is connected, via MP, to a Windows Fast ring box - one was upgraded from 1903 today, the other from a 1909 ISO - also today.  Both not only worked flawlessly, I did not have to touch MP at all.

Knowing that, if you want to work on any issue you are having, I would be happy to help.

I can confirm that Multiplicity works just fine on 1903 and 1909 and the latest insider builds.  I use it on a daily basis both in KVM and seamless mode for development of many of our software apps.

Yes i longer have a problem because im using MWB which supports ipv6.   when i updated to 1903 i also moved over to ipv6 and stopped using ipv4 which is why multiplicity doesn't work for me.

Is there a reason why you swapped to IPv6 on your home network vs using IPv4 as well?

I run a highly sophisticated network between home and office.  As you may know ipv4 relies on NAT & NAT is an old skool hack which doesn't sit well in my network.  Since updating my networks to multiple FTTP equalling a 10gb/s system, ipv6 is really the only way forward for me.

That does rather make you very much an edge case which is why I think you are the only person to hit this issue.

I do accept my my network is unique but anyone who uses ipv6 on any scale will be effected by this solely because MP doesn't support ipv6. So my Question is does S'Dock plan to implement ipv6 anytime?

To OP.. Please forgive me for hijacking your thread.  I Totally dislike this when done to me and fully understand if this has annoyed you.

Thanks all.

No worries - this is a helpful discussion.  My home network runs ipv4 so this particular issue probably wouldn't effect me, but it's good to know.  (Lord only knows how many TVs or Wiis or kid's phones or what have you would have weird issues if I went all ipv6 inside...).
