Feature Request: Define Default Location For New Explorer Tab

Hello,

All the time I'm opening a new tab for Windows Explorer and right now it duplicates the location I was just in. This is fine sometimes, but I would like the option to set a 'default location' for all new tabs such as 'This PC' or 'Downloads' as example. This would allow me to more quickly navigate to where I'm usually going most of the time.
