Sad..

Should your access to the suite expire, your installed application will continue to function but you will not have access to the installers, or updates, from your Stardock account page. Any installers you have backed up, however, will continue to work.

After having to reinstall after a corrupt boot loader, I came here to get the product I purchased.  I'll just presume I didn't realize I was only paying for a year of 'service' at the time because I wouldn't have done that for a product that doesn't need to be a service, not for the asking price anyways..

Not allowing me to download a product I have paid for is just poor. Even if it was to install it and give notice about said subscription would be decent..

Makes it easy to walk away. Exit, stage right.

That's why you always backup your installers.

It is right there on the page where you bought it.  All you need do is read it.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Backing up installers sure didn't work with My Colors themes.

Are they not working because the OS you are using does not support them?

Wait, what? I have a Win 7 machine and I should be able to install My Colors on it? I thought since it was not supported anymore the installers didn't work.

I second what the monkey said. Mine don't work on 7 either.

I think we need some clarification here. Can you still use MC and if you can what platform does it run on?

I haven't tried it on my XP machine it's not hook up to the internet.
