Rollup Fences second row of icons are too close to the first row

Rollup Fences second row of icons are too close to the first row thereby covering them partly. How to adjust spacing in a rollup fence? Thanks for your help :-)

1) Windows 10 version. Please use winver.exe for full version numbers.
