I bought Fences on February 7th 2019 and activated it but it's not showing up under my downloads. I was wondering why that is and if it could be added so I could see my active machines and manage them if need be.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Can you try Logging out of your Stardock account Reboot then Log back in
and see if it shows up in your My Downloads .

Because you have never activated it - it wont show under any account until you do.

I have it currently activated and activated it via my login. I also said I bought it activated it, so I don't see why you're saying it's not activated l.

For Fences, has not yet been activated. If Fences is indeed activated on your PC, its from a different key, not the one on that order.

I only bought it once so I don't k ow how it's activating, and I've activated other products the exact same way.
I see how, now. You activated Fences with your OD sub key - the they individual Fences key you have. Again, you can get the unactivated Fences key (should you ever want to use it) with this link:

Ill get the key and activate it that way as the OD expired years ago. Not sure how it activated with an expired product.
As the policy goes for OD, products will still activate with an expired sub if you save the version of the product you had when it was active (the installer) and you still have your key.

It's a new install with the latest version of fences. I activated it with the key and it's showing up now.
