Fences does not load automatically on re-boot

Whenever I have to shut down and/or restart my computer, I have to search for the Fences program and start it manually. Is there any way to make it start automatically when the computer boots? (Windows 10)

Something must be wrong with your install...perhaps a conflicting program...as that's the normal default functioning of Fences.  It should auto-load at boot.

Make certain both instances of Fences are 'enabled' in 'startup':
