Space Monger not finding Seagate Personal Cloud either as a cloud or as a DRIVE

Hello,

I have a Seagate Personal Cloud.  I tried to access it from the Cloud tab without success.  I also have access to it using the net use command, example is:

09/26/2019 9:22:52.72 D:\Users\Bertram Moshier\Documents>net view \\192.168.0.52\

Shared resources at \\192.168.0.52\

The command completed successfully.

09/26/2019 9:23:12.75 D:\Users\Bertram Moshier\Documents>net use p: \\192.168.0.52\Public

The command completed successfully.

09/26/2019 9:23:46.14 D:\Users\Bertram Moshier\Documents>dir p:

Volume in drive P is Public

 Volume Serial Number is 6646-C5A0

 Directory of P:\

09/15/2019  14:35                44  Personal Cloud.url

09/15/2019  14:30    <DIR>          .

12/31/2009  19:01    <DIR>          ..

09/15/2019  06:54    <DIR>          Recovery

08/21/2019  22:02    <DIR>          SM-N975U1 (5dcfe769b6df)

               1 File(s)             44 bytes

               4 Dir(s)  2,083,370,156,032 bytes free

SpaceMonger doesn't find the P drive nor does it find the device using the Cloud tab.

How do I get SpaceMonger to find the device and its data?

Thank you.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Seagate Personal Cloud

I am afraid that cloud service was never one of the ones supported.

What about, though, support it using the drive letter?  You'll notice I talk about using the "net use" command and include an example of the command and include accessing it via the "DIR" command.

If a local IP location was properly mapped a drive letter, and seen as a logical local drive, then I am curious why it does not show in your regular 'Folders' list:

That said, actual cloud drive support for all cloud services (OneDrive, DropBox, GoogleDrive) has been down since all changed their API some time ago.  At this time, there is no timetable for it to be resolved.

Hello,

I don't know how to insert a screenshot of what I'm seeing as you did in your last message.  I see my boot drive, 1 data drive, DVD drive, BluRay drive, USB 3 external drive, and another USB 3 external drive.

The P drive doesn't show up under folders.

Also these same drives appear under drives, as well as folders (C:, D:, E:, F:, G:, and H:)

But does the /persistent mapped drive you want to work with show in Windows Explorer?

But does not show in the SM 'Folders' UI?

In my IP mapped drive in WinExp, it does show in the SM Folders menu:
