Is there a way to prevent title bar from flipping to bottom while moving fences?

I like the title bars to all stay at the top of each fence. If I move a fence near the top of the screen to snap it to the edge, if my mouse gets too close to the top, the title bar flips down to the bottom of the fence. Depending on the resolution of the screen and the mouse, it can take 3-5 times before I can successfully snap the fence without the title bar flipping to the bottom.

I have to go through this mild annoyance whenever I setup a new machine or remote connect to my machine with a new resolution.

I couldn't find a way to disable this behavior. Did I miss it somewhere?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. As far as I know fences will always move the titlebar to bottom if it touches the top border of your screen. There is no option, at least that I know of, which can turn that off.

Thanks

Thank you for clarifying.

I am able to get them snapped to the top with the title bar still on the top, but it just takes a few tries with careful mouse movement. I use the option to keep fences spaced by 8 pixels, which probably is why i can eventually get it to work, since they don't actually touch the top of the screen.

If there is any way to request the next update have an option to disable this behavior, I would appreciate it.
