Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You can adjust color with a slider only on static wallpaper. Choose any static wallpaper and the colour button will appear. For videos you can apply effect on them which have some color effect choices.

The color button feature in Deskscapes is used for the still images ( wallpapers ) in Deskscapes .

The Dreams do not have the color button option , but the effects button for Dreams does allow

you to play with some dream coloring .

oh i see! thanks all. appreciate the visuals. but i think a  detailed help file would come in handy for us first-time users. don't understand what all the settings mean either.

other questions i have are, where is the screensaver located on a windows 10 after its applied? ive looked for deskscapes.scr in syswow, system32, and system folders but can't find it. and why does the program only create one saver instead of multiple ones for different dreams files, separate screensavers that you can rename, etc..

another question about coloring. in the near future, will there be a version of deskscapes with the color slider for videos too? if not more color effects that alter the hue, tint, etc. of the video and then be able to select the ones I want displayed on the effects screen and remove the unused ones, such as clone, double, and mirror.

I love the new interface.  Much easier on my old eyes.  Is there a way to alweays make the dream name visible so I don't need to hover over a dream?  WindowBlinds has that option.  On the other hand, I wish the WB interface looked more like DS now.  The black background is no much easier for me to read.

Click the three bar line at the top left, pick the thumbnails sub menu and there is an option to always show labels.
