Can't change wallpaper DeskScapes

Can't change wallpaper Deskspaces 10.

I used DeskScpaes for some months and program Stucked on one Wallpaer and i can't change it to other.
I See all walpapers in program but when i click one on the small window wallpaper miniature it -  "didnt change".
This program has a problem with Effects i think Because it happen when i changed some of effects..... it need fix....

I tried :

I have been unistalled DeskScapes , inastalled new one..... nothing help

I have been changed anti-virus options - nothing help
Windows version CLICK ME TO SHOW

I was reply here about one month and i got really bad days, deppression also big amount of job.
Today i was :
1. Used Your Tool 
2. Reebot pc ( restart )
3. Install  Dreams 10
3. Tried to change wallpaper and work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! O MA G AD work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE YOU ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I CAN NOW ENJOY  THIS ALL WALLPAPERS IN MY LOVELY DREAMS 10.                 THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!!!!!
ALSO ITS ABOUT ONE MONTH OR MORE SO A LOOT OF MORE WALLPAPERS WILL BE NEW IM SO HAPPY.

Been using since the last update and all of a sudden today DS says I have no suitable decoder found.

Can't figure it out. Yesterday was just fine.

Uninstall the current DS, REBOOT, download the latest DS from the store and reinstall.

Do you still have the problem?

I uninstalled and purged. Rebooted. Out of curiosity I installed DS8. Rebooted. Dreams worked.

Uninstalled and purged 8, Rebooted.

Installed DS 10, Rebooted. Dreams says no suitable decoder found. Videos work.
