hidden fence

from Stardock Forums

One of my fences has disappeared. I can see the icons are still in the "desktop" folder, but they fence is missing. I only have one desktop (Windows 10 64bit), and it's not rolled-up and "Desktop Pages" isn't enabled. It's also not "Quick Hidden". Somehow, I'm guessing that it's beyond the boundaries of the desktop.

 

How can I recover and/or delete it?
