Start 10 - Menu Transparency

Hello folks, 

I am sure this has been asked 1000x already, but I was hoping to suggest a small ask for the start menu transparency options.

Is it possible we could turn transparency for the start menu from 0-100%? Currently, it appears there is a hard lock at 62% solid.

I had some glass themes in mind, and I haven't figured out if it's possible to tweak them below the 62% threshold.

**Edit** I forgot to mention I am using the modern theme style**

It may be an OS limitation I'm unaware of, if it is so I do apologize in advance.

You know what I find odd? I can go under 'Desktop' and change the transparency of the taskbar to complete invisibility if I want to...and the taskbar is an actual element of Windows. But I can't change the transparency of the Start10 menu...which is your own skin created by you. And when we ask about it, we get: "No, there is no update yet on this request." C'mon guys! You can do better than that! Give us 0-100% transparency on the menu please.

As for my skin, thank you for your support, but, I design skins, not how Start10 work. So, how Start10 work is really beyond me.

Start11 allows transparency to be reduced to 11% unlike Start10.  0% is not permitted because unlike the taskbar, the startmenu appears over other windows and it would not be very usable at 0%.  Start11 will force blur on too unlike Start10.
