(solved) How to add a frame/background behind caption text?

Is there a way to add a frame underneath the caption text like this windows 2.03 (yeah this is a virtual machine) caption that also stretches with the text too?

I found a theme that manages to do this but its really old and there's no option I see in the current day of skin-studio for it.

Hello,

Yes that can be done. You will need to use Skinstudios and add Caption Text Background for it. Here a screenshot where you can set it up.
