[DIGITALYCHEE]Groupy Technical Issue

Hi,

 
Today we received feedback from a customer who encountered technical problems while using Groupy  and needs your help.
 
After installing Groupy , he cannot open the software . Groupy crashed over and over again
 
I have tried to clean up and reinstall using the groupyPurge.zip tool(http://sd.stardock.com/Support/uploads/groupyPurge.zip),and manually delete the software directory. Restart the computer.
 
But this method does not work. How can I further investigate this issue?
 
The customer's operating system is Windows 10 Enterprise Edition.
 
Is there a solution to this issue?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

1) Windows version numbers. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Groupy installed version.

3) Please try the cleanboot steps mentioned here https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#cleanboot

Try it and report back here.
