Unable to activate

I'm have been using Fences for few months. After recent windows upgrade I was prompted for license again. When I used my product key and email associated with it, I received an error message that

"Unable to activate fences. Pl try again or contact support. (Error Code: -212)"

I requested product key again and retried in vain. I have tried this multiple times and using correct email id but unable to activate.

Please help.
