can not change background in deskscapes

I started having the same issues with deskscapes. it was working ok for 3 weeks but now stuck on one background white winter cottage .actually it is your dream azdude. your purge is behaving like a virus asking for administrative rights and flickering/multiple windows coming up. uninstalled then reinstalled but that dream stuck even I deleted it. what ever the issue . I never had ay issues with previous versions or other products.

yes, I have tried beta version, but now it tells me that I do not have mpeg2 decoder. Microsoft says I do. I did try azdude purge , started as administrator but now deskscapes are totally dead and that white cottage version has gone. I can use only still backgrounds ….

I do not understand why it stopped working ???? I am tired of reinstalling it,-does not take me anywhere...I have it also on my home desktop and laptop. this is my travelling laptop. is it going to happen to all my devices ???
